Sending Smiles to Sierra Leone

With God’s leading, we were so excited to give our sponsors the chance to provide a personal care package to their sponsored child. We are always thrilled about the way God moves among His people! Within two days of discussing the possibility of providing care packages and finding someone to champion the effort, we received a sweet email by one of our sponsors, Barbara Cross. Her question was about…..you guessed it, care packages! After some prayer by Barbara and the 25 Project, we all decided to move forward with this wonderful opportunity.

We were exceedingly overwhelmed by the response from both sponsors and non-sponsors. In fact, we had so many care packages that we will also be able to deliver several on a vision trip to Ethiopia in November and send smiles to many children there as well.

Our team is ready to arrive in Sierra Leone in October and deliver each care package to each sponsored child, which will surely bring smiles to each one. We believe each child will experience another example of God’s love and provision. We look forward to posting pictures of those wonderful smiles soon!
