Welcome to Sarah Teasdale!

We are extremely excited to announce the addition of a new member to the 25 Project staff!  Sarah Teasdale is joining our team after many years of working in education, most recently serving as an assistant principal at an elementary school in McKinney, Texas.

As God has continued to bless this ministry and expand the number of children up for sponsorship through Name Changers, we have known of the great need for someone to serve as the director of our child sponsorship program, Name Changers.  And so, for months we have prayed and asked God to lead someone to serve in this area for 25.

Little did we know that God would begin answering those prayers back in October of 2013, when God led Sarah to be a part of a 25 Project team who served street children in Sierra Leone.  God stirred her heart and she sensed Him calling her to leave her long and fruitful career as an educator to come and serve on our team on a full-time basis.  Sarah is a huge answer to prayer and we are grateful for God’s work in her life.  Sarah brings immense talent along with an obvious passion for the Gospel and children.  We are anxious to see how He will use her!

This transition for Sarah is a big step of faith, as she now begins the process of raising her financial support for her salary.  Pray for Sarah, her husband Gary, and their children as they seek to be obedient and follow God’s direction in their lives.  We would also invite you to consider giving to Sarah’s financial support, either through a recurring or special gift by going to our Donate Page, and including her name in the “other purpose” category under “giving options”.
