Manda was born in a Hindu family. Her parents, brother, and sister still live at her home. In 2001 Manda, along with her entire household accepted God as their Lord and Saviour. Once they became Christians they underwent religious persecution from their community but their faith grew stronger through all of their trials.

Following her theological training, Manda served the Lord in various capacities as an evangelist and leading Bible studies for women. In 2012 she started to serve at Mercy Home full-time, ministering to our children. Prior to her full-time service as a house parent, Manda stepped in to serve on various occasions as needed.

Manda is very responsible, dedicated and determined to do God’s work. She truly serves the girls as “mom”, nurtures them with the love of Christ, and is excited to see them growing in a true relationship with Christ.
