Pat Knight

Director of Mobilization

Pat and Shelly have been married since 1993 and reside in Whitewright, Texas. On May 28, 2000, their lives were forever changed when they surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ. Since that day, they have sought to faithfully follow Him and serve His Kingdom wherever He leads.

God has blessed Pat and Shelly with four children —Hayley, Trent, Landon, and Falyn —as well as two grandchildren—a grandson and a granddaughter—who bring tremendous joy to their family.

Prior to joining 25 Project, Pat spent nearly three decades in the retail industry. Beginning as an hourly supervisor in 1993, he steadily advanced through increasingly senior leadership and responsibility roles, ultimately serving in executive leadership roles within Fortune 500 organizations. Throughout his career, Pat developed a passion for leading people, building healthy teams, and creating strategies that drive growth and impact.

Pat has also served as a lay elder at City Church, Melissa, and has been actively involved in discipleship, teaching, and church leadership for many years. In early 2022, God began stirring a call in Pat’s heart to missional work and to serve vulnerable children around the world. Later that year, God opened the door for him to join the 25 Project team, allowing him to combine his leadership experience with his passion for advancing the Gospel.

As Director of Partner Engagement, Pat provides strategic leadership for the organization’s relationships with churches, schools, donors, mission teams, and ministry partners. He oversees partner development, mission trip engagement, and organizational events while helping mobilize individuals and communities to join God’s work among vulnerable children globally. His passion is to see people deepen their faith by actively participating in Christ’s mission and to help build lasting partnerships that transform lives for the glory of God.
