Stacy Gallimore

Trip operations administrator

Stacy and Heath have been married for 28 years, having first met as high school sweethearts. They are the proud parents of three grown sons: Austin, married to Patti; Jacob, married to Katy; and their youngest, Cooper. In 2023, Stacy and Heath were delighted to welcome their first grandchild, Lucy.

Stacy is a native Texan and has lived within a 30 mile radius all her life. She and Heath love to travel, try new foods, go camping, and have a mini dachshund named Penny. They love watching the NFL and Texas Aggie football.

Before joining the 25 Project in 2022, Stacy worked in Frisco ISD as a middle school receptionist for 12 years. She felt God’s calling to leave education and pursue mission work. Her heart for missions led her to serve on a team from her church in Kenya, and now she travels with the 25 Project. Stacy currently serves as the Trip Operations Administrator. She and Heath attend and serve at City Church Melissa.
