Each family member must fill out an application so we have the necessary releases required by 25 Project. As well, this enables us to best support each team member fully for their trip.
- Click the “RE-APPLY NOW” button at the bottom of this page
- Use your email login and password (or create one)
- Update your application information and select your expedition dates
- Leave the previously completed fields empty for Church Membership, Previous Trips, and Faith Background because we have them on file
You can apply before you get your passport. You can apply with only your full passport name, as it will appear on your passport form you will be submitting. The passport number can be submitted at a later date by logging into the team page and selecting “My Info”.
